Trailer & short asset production have very unique set of dynamics within itself and most of the time the creators of a feature film/series/content need a third-party professional to actualize this service to its full extent. Analysis/Briefing

To start off with a crystal-clear idea of client needs, and vision, it is a must to get a detailed brief about the project. If possible, a screening copy of the source material should be transferred to Finecut Pictures to commence the analysis of the film and create visual maps of what we’ll be delivering in the end of this process.

The budget and the production schedule will be delivered at this point as well.

Editing

After the approval on our proposal, we’ll start on the editing phase.
It’ll be a 3-step journey;
adda rough-cut edit
adda fine cut edit
adda final cut edit

will be shared with the client. Revision rounds are provided in each of this 3-step journey for the client to get the best out of our services. The final step will be making the film online with color correction, sound editing & mix and any vfx if it’s a post-production item.

Revisions

The revisions phase will start by the delivery of the first cut (RC). The revisions from the client will be implemented on the project and will be proceeded to the next step, the fine cut. The process will be the same throughout the way, up until the picture is locked for the online phase of the film. We kindly ask that no retrospective revision requests of approved cuts are made to avoid delays in the post production schedule.

Delivery

The final delivery of the film will be transferred via link and/or physical hard disk in accordance with the agreed specifications in the beginning of the project.
